Venetia Elaine has been part of the Sydney market scene for over 30 years.

I started designing in my home in Paddington and took my first collection to the well known Paddington Markets - a very popular market for young up and coming designers.

Market life is a fun unique experience and very inspirational.  I love being amongst all the aspiring new designers selling their wares. It is almost like an out door department store with so many unique handmade pieces to choose from. The stallholders are very inviting and are keen to have a chat explaining about their product and how it is made. Majority of stallholders are the designers and owners of their product which makes for a fantastic family day out enjoying the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

I encourage you all to experience this outdoor style of shopping.  Of course it has been around for years but in my opinion it is  becoming more and more popular since the epidemic Covid-19.  Keep safe.
