Returns and exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods within Australia.
International returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Return in it same packaging with swing tag attached. Any damaged or stained garments will not be accepted, and refund will not be given.
Send garment back by registered post, send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for the return.
Venetia Elaine will not take responsibility for loss of items in the post.

Allow 3 days to process refund and another 3 days to be credited into your account.
No exchange or refund on sale items.
Use the same procedure as as for refunds, send to the above address.
Postage will be payed by Venetia Elaine. The production team will check the damages to the garment and contact the customer within 7 days.
Wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Our policy lasts 7 days. for within Australia . If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
