The Panel Shirt is a staple piece and has been in the Venetia Elaine range for many years - absolutely undateable.
It is made of Cotton poplin, a very crisp sustainable fabric. This design has beautiful shell buttons on the front and a good size collar that sits beautifully under one of our Venetia Elaine knitwear. Or alternatively can be worn open over a sleeveless dress in the summer months. It has ¾ sleeves that cover the elbow and sits just over the hip with a panel on the hemline.
